Job summary

Vonachen Group in Wisconsin is seeking a General Cleaner to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and deliver quality service in a fast-paced facility.

You will stock supplies, follow safety rules, and support a safe, clean environment while working the 2nd shift on a part-time basis, with evening hours and the option of daily pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with reliable transportation.
• Able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Good communication and detail orientation required.
• Customer-friendly and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned areas including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and restroom cleaning.
• Stock and organize janitor supply rooms.
• Report safety hazards and needed repairs to management.
• Monitor building security and lock doors after hours.
• Perform additional duties and trainings as assigned.

The General Cleaner is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, providing high quality service levels, maintaining proper supply levels, adhering to company policies, and assisting to provide a safe working environment. This person must be energetic, enthusiastic, and possess great interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of people and maintain a strong commitment to customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Clean, including, but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning, gathering and emptying trash bins in designated building areas following all health and safety regulations.
• Stock, organize, and maintain janitor supply rooms as needed.
• Inform management immediately of any potential safety risks or hazards and/or needed repair work.
• Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after hours.
• Complete other duties and special trainings as assigned by the supervisor.
