Join Our Team as a General Cleaner at Diversified Maintenance

Position Summary

The General Cleaner is responsible for performing cleaning tasks as specified in the service contract, reporting any issues or suspicious activity to supervisors.

Details

• Part-time position: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 3 hours per day
• Compensation: $18 per hour
• Additional locations and hours available in the area

Job Responsibilities

• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Dust, wipe, and spot clean surfaces
• Vacuum, mop, and wet mop designated areas
• Clean restrooms thoroughly, restock supplies, and ensure fixtures and floors are sanitized
• Ensure proper lighting and secure doors when leaving areas
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of closets
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Reliable transportation required
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
• Successful background check and drug screening
