Job summary

4M Building Solutions is seeking a General Cleaner for evening shifts in Sheboygan, WI. The position runs Monday through Friday from 5 pm to 9 pm, with every other weekend 4 pm to 7 pm. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour, with training provided on green-cleaning practices.

The role involves cleaning, stocking supplies, trash removal, and reporting maintenance needs. Benefits and growth opportunities are available for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Some janitorial experience required; training provided.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Must comply with safety guidelines and OSHA requirements.
• Wear provided 4M apparel and PPE when required.

Responsibilities

• Train in 4M’s cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed supplies and equipment.
• Be the friendly face of 4M: reliable, courteous, resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, and furniture.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum; remove trash.
• Report repairs, leaks, or safety issues observed on-site.

General Cleaner: Janitorial Services

You’ll be a frontline Team Member, trained and ready to tackle a variety of responsibilities including:

• Get trained in 4M’s state-of-the-art cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed certified supplies and equipment.
• Be the friendly face of 4M. Reliable. Courteous. Resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, countertops, and furniture.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Remove trash.
• Be a facility’s valuable extra set of eyes—report necessary repairs, replacements, leaks and drips as you notice them.
