Job summary

4M Building Solutions is seeking a General Cleaner in Saint Augustine, FL. You’ll be a frontline essential worker trained in state-of-the-art cleaning with green-sealed supplies. The role focuses on safe, thorough cleaning and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts run 5:00pm to 9:00pm, Monday through Friday, with hourly pay of $13.00. Benefits include medical, dental and vision options, vacation for full-time team members, and 401k with employer match.

Qualifications

• No janitorial experience required; training provided.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with social distancing and safety guidelines.
• Provide wear of 4M apparel and PPE as required by OSHA.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Train in 4M’s cleaning and disinfecting practices using eco-friendly supplies.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, and furniture.
• Remove trash and replenish towels, soaps and toilet paper.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Report repairs, leaks or drips as you notice them.

• Get trained in 4M’s state-of-the-art cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed certified supplies and equipment. (No prior experience required.)
• Be the friendly face of 4M. Reliable. Courteous. Resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, countertops, and furniture.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Be a facility’s valuable extra set of eyes—report necessary repairs, replacements, leaks and drips as you notice them.
