4M Building Solutions, LLC. is hiring frontline janitorial team members in Rhode Island. The role offers $19.00 per hour with daily pay options. Training is provided for best practices in cleaning, disinfecting, and safety, and you will be a friendly, reliable face of the company on site.

You will perform routine cleaning duties, restock supplies, and report any maintenance needs. This position emphasizes safety, quality, and a positive team culture with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Some janitorial experience required; we train you in best practices.
• Successful drug screening and background check.

Responsabilités

• Clean and disinfect using our state‑of‑the‑art practices and green‑sealed supplies.
• Wipe down surfaces (countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, furniture).
• Replenish towels, soaps and toilet paper.
• Sweep, wet mop and vacuum floors.
• Notice and report repairs, leaks and drips as you observe them.

You’ll be a frontline Team Member, trained and ready to tackle a variety of responsibilities including:

• Get trained in 4M’s state-of-the‑art cleaning and disinfecting practices using green‑sealed certified supplies and equipment.
• Be the friendly face of 4M. Reliable. Courteous. Resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, countertops, and furniture.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Be a facility’s valuable extra set of eyes—report necessary repairs, replacements, leaks and drips as you notice them.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Some Janitorial experience required. (We train you in our best practices)
• Successful drug screening and background check.

A criminal records check is required at both federal and state levels for all addresses where the individual lived or worked in the past seven years. If a statewide search is unavailable, a county-level search must be completed.

• Comply with safety guidelines.
• The team member must wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when necessary, in accordance with position and OSHA requirements.
• Reliable Transportation.
