Job summary

GDI Integrated Facility Services seeks a detail-oriented General Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and sanitation at a Murfreesboro facility. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00pm–10:00pm, with responsibilities including floor care, restroom sanitation, trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and restocking supplies.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to follow supervisor instructions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work with others in a crew.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum and scrub floors in assigned areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and other common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Dust furniture, fixtures and equipment.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and equipment.
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Report maintenance or repair needs to supervisor.
• Perform other cleaning duties as assigned.
