Job summary

Pritchard Industries is seeking a Day Porter/General Cleaner to maintain cleanliness across our facilities. You will vacuum, mop, sweep floors, remove trash, and clean restrooms and break rooms, ensuring a healthy, safe environment. Ideal candidates are reliable, take initiative, and can lift at least 48 pounds.

Prior cleaning experience is a plus; janitor experience is welcomed with training. Full-Time position, hours 7:00am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday, 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 48 pounds.
• Janitor experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Job description

• Pay or shift range: $18 USD to $20 USD.

We are seeking to hire a Day Porter/General Cleaner. You may be responsible for vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal rest room and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 48 pounds.
