Pritchard Industries, a dynamic provider of facility services, is hiring a General Cleaner to support building maintenance in Montrose, Colorado. The role includes vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and cleaning rest rooms and break rooms to keep facilities healthy and sanitary.

The candidate should be reliable, with a professional appearance and a proactive attitude. The position is part-time, with hours Monday through Friday from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm and pay of $10.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, mop, sweep floors and perform trash removal.
• Clean rest rooms and break rooms; ensure building remains healthy and sanitary.

We are seeking to hire a General Cleaner. You may be responsible for vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal rest room and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.


• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.


• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.


• Janitor experience a plus but will train.


• Reliable Transportation.


• Part-time


• Pay rate $10.75 per hour


• Monday to Friday from 5:00 pm to 10:00pm
