Job summary

4M Building Solutions is seeking a part-time General Cleaner for weekend evenings in Milwaukee, WI. You will perform cleaning duties, restock supplies, and ensure a safe, sanitary environment using green-sealed products.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Some janitorial experience preferred; training provided.
• Successful completion of drug screening and background check.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear PPE as required.
• Reliable transportation to attend weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect assigned areas according to best practices.
• Wipe down surfaces, clean fixtures, and manage waste.
• Replenish towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
• Report maintenance needs, leaks, or safety issues.

General Cleaner: Janitorial Services

Saturday-7:30pm to 10pm / Sunday-4:30pm to 7pm

Hourly: $17.00

You’ll be a frontline Team Member, trained and ready to tackle a variety of responsibilities including:

• Get trained in 4Ms state-of-the-art cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed certified supplies and equipment.
• Be the friendly face of 4M. Reliable. Courteous. Resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, countertops, and furniture.
• Remove trash.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Be a facility’s valuable extra set of eyes—report necessary repairs, replacements, leaks and drips as you notice them.
