Job summary

Modern Maintenance Building Services, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time General Cleaner to service an office building in the Milwaukee area, Monday through Friday 5:30 PM–10:00 PM.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will perform dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash handling, restroom sanitation, glass cleaning, and various tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Candidate should be reliable, detail oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned by the supervisor/manager.

Responsibilities

• Dust surfaces including desktops, cabinet tops, partitions, etc.
• Empty wastebaskets and recyclables; transport to designated disposal area.
• Sweep and mop hard surfaced floors.
• Clean glass areas.
• Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, etc.
• Cleaning all restrooms and maintain supplies- ensure restrooms are stocked
• Polish metalwork, such as fixtures and fittings.
• Job duties and/or assigned areas may be modified at any time based on customer or manager discretion.
• Follow all company Safety standards and procedures.
