Job summary

4M Building Solutions is seeking a General Cleaner for our janitorial team in Milwaukee. You will be trained in state‑of‑the‑art cleaning and disinfection practices using eco‑friendly supplies and equipment.

You’ll be the friendly face of the company, reliable and courteous, responsible for wiping surfaces, replenishing supplies, sweeping and vacuuming, and reporting maintenance issues. The role runs Mon–Fri from 5:00 pm to 10:30 pm with competitive pay and benefits, including daily pay,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Some Janitorial experience is preferred (training provided).
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with safety guidelines and wear provided 4M apparel/PPE as required by OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Be trained in 4M’s cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed supplies and equipment.
• Be the friendly face of 4M. Reliable, courteous, resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, and furniture.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Report necessary repairs, leaks and drips as you notice them.
• Remove trash.

Hourly: $16.00

You’ll be a frontline Team Member, trained and ready to tackle a variety of responsibilities including:

• Get trained in 4M’s state-of-the-art cleaning and disinfecting practices using green‑sealed certified supplies and equipment.
• Be the friendly face of 4M. Reliable. Courteous. Resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, and furniture.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Be a facility’s valuable extra set of eyes—report necessary repairs, replacements, leaks and drips as you notice them.
• Remove trash.

Mon‑Fri. 5pm‑10:30pm
