Job summary

4M Building Solutions is seeking a General Cleaner in Greenwood, IN. You will be trained to perform cleaning and disinfection using green-sealed supplies, serving as the friendly face of 4M. The role includes wiping surfaces, restocking essentials, and reporting needed repairs.

This on-site position offers a starting pay of $17/hour with daily pay options, and benefits for full-time team members along with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Some janitorial experience preferred; training provided.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with safety guidelines and wear provided PPE when required.
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect surfaces using approved supplies and equipment.
• Wipe down countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, and furniture.
• Remove trash and restock towels, soaps, and toilet paper.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Notice and report necessary repairs, leaks, or drips.

• Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

General Cleaner: Janitorial Services

• Schedule:
  • Monday & Saturday: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
  • Tuesday, Friday & Sunday: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

You’ll be a frontline Team Member, trained and ready to tackle a variety of responsibilities including:

• Get trained in 4M’s state-of-the-art cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed certified supplies and equipment.
• Be the friendly face of 4M. Reliable. Courteous. Resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, countertops, and furniture.
• Remove trash.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Be a facility’s valuable extra set of eyes—report necessary repairs, replacements, leaks and drips as you notice them.
