Join us as a General Cleaner at Diversified Maintenance

Responsibilities of a General Cleaner:

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and equipment to prevent damage.
• Clean and monitor restrooms, fitting rooms, corridors, and entrance areas.
• Empty trash cans and operate compactors as needed.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with appropriate cleaners.
• Spot clean carpets and assist with carpet extraction and shampooing.
• Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies.
• Follow the housekeeping schedule.
• Operate heavy cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers occasionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on customer needs.

Qualifications for Success:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a drug test if required.
• Prior cleaning experience is preferred.

Position Details:

• Part-time, 20 hours per week.
• Schedule: Sunday through Friday.
• Hourly rate: $13.
