Job summary

4M Building Solutions in Michigan is seeking a General Cleaner for full-time shifts Sunday through Saturday, 7am–7pm. Pay is $14.50 per hour, with a $100 hiring bonus paid after milestones.

You will be trained in green-sealed cleaning methods and serve as the friendly face of 4M, maintaining surfaces, restrooms, and common areas. As a frontline team member you’ll wipe surfaces, empty trash, restock supplies, sweep and vacuum, report repairs, and follow safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Some janitorial experience preferred (training provided)
• Successful drug screening and background check
• Comply with safety guidelines
• Wear provided 4M apparel and PPE when necessary per OSHA requirements
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Get trained in 4Ms state-of-the-art cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed certified supplies and equipment
• Be the friendly face of 4M. Reliable. Courteous. Resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, countertops, and furniture
• Remove trash
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum
• Report necessary repairs, replacements, leaks and drips as you notice them

HIRING BONUS: $100 paid out at 60/90/120 days to follow the same guidelines as the referral program

• Be a facility's valuable extra set of eyes—report necessary repairs, replacements, leaks and drips as you notice them.
