Job summary

4M Building Solutions is seeking an evening General Cleaner to join our janitorial team in Minnesota. You’ll be trained in state-of-the-art cleaning and disinfecting practices and work on a Monday-Saturday or Monday-Thursday/Friday schedule.

This part-time role pays $18.00 per hour. You’ll wipe surfaces, empty trash, restock supplies, sweep, mop and vacuum, report repairs, and contribute to a safe, clean facility. Benefits include daily pay and health coverage for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Some janitorial experience preferred; training provided.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts.

Responsibilities

• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass and furniture.
• Remove trash and restock towels, soaps, and toilet paper.
• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors.
• Report repairs, leaks and drips noticed.

General Cleaner: Janitorial Services - Evening

Hourly: $18.00

(2 shifts available) Monday- Saturday 5:00pm-9:00pm/ Monday-Thursday 5:00pm-7:30pm Friday 5:00pm-10:30pm

You’ll be a frontline Team Member, trained and ready to tackle a variety of responsibilities including:

• Get trained in 4M’s state-of-the-art cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed certified supplies and equipment.
• Be the friendly face of 4M. Reliable. Courteous. Resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, countertops, and furniture.
• Remove trash.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Be a facility’s valuable extra set of eyes—report necessary repairs, replacements, leaks and drips as you notice them.
