The Budd Group is seeking a Commercial Cleaner / Grounds Maintenance in Albemarle, NC. This part-time role covers general cleaning, outdoor upkeep, and restroom sanitation, with duties including dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, and exterior cleaning using tools like pressure washers. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (8 hours daily).

Responsibilities

• General cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and pulling trash throughout the property.
• Maintaining outdoor areas, including cleaning parking lots and parking decks using equipment like pressure washers and leaf blowers.
• Thoroughly cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking restrooms.
• Completing other essential cleaning duties as assigned by your supervisor.

What You Bring To The Team

• 1 year of professional janitorial or commercial cleaning experience .
• Ability to operate pressure washers and leaf blowers (or willingness to learn) .
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. repetitively .
• Strong work ethic, outdoor durability, and reliable weekday attendance .
