Summary

The General Cleaner performs cleaning tasks as outlined in the contract between the company and the customer. They report any problems or suspicious activity to their supervisor or manager.

Job Duties

1. Empty trash and recycling
2. Dust, wipe, and spot clean all surfaces
3. Vacuum, mop, and wet mop designated areas
4. Clean restrooms with disinfectants and bathroom cleaners, restock supplies, remove trash, clean fixtures, mirrors, and dispensers, sweep and/or wet mop floors
5. Ensure all lights are on/off and doors are secured when leaving an area
6. Keep closets clean, neat, and organized
7. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Reliable transportation for consistent dependability
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position
• Successful passing of a background check and drug screen in accordance with contractual obligations
