Job summary

Optimum Permanent Placement Services is assisting a medical center near Charlotte, NC to find a General Cardiologist for a clinic position. Expect schedule 8a–5p, 1:8 rotating call, 20–28 daily patients, with duties including procedures and rounding. Team consists of 2 cardiologists and 2 APPs; EMR is Cerner.

Board-certified or board-eligible candidates welcomed. Compensation includes a competitive base salary with RVUs, plus sign-on and relocation assistance and malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be board-certified or board-eligible.
• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred.
• Strong patient care and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform cardiovascular procedures and rounding.
• Provide patient consults and follow-up care during clinic hours.
