Job summary

PeaceHealth is seeking a Relief (per diem) General Cardiologist for St. John Medical Center in Longview, Washington. Join six Cardiologists and a robust support staff in a 193-bed, level 3 trauma center with Epic EMR. Starting hourly rate and comprehensive malpractice coverage are provided.

The ideal candidate is a licensed MD in Washington, board certified in Cardiology, with interventional cardiology credentials and BCLS/ACLS certifications. Per diem flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed MD with an active Washington license upon hire.
• Board Certified in Cardiology, board eligible/certified in Interventional Cardiology.
• DEA certification.
• Current BCLS and ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide relief/general cardiology care per diem at St. John Medical Center.
• Collaborate with six cardiologists and three Advanced Practice Clinicians as part of the care team.
• Cover responsibilities for general cardiology in a per diem capacity.

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience would be preferred
• Ideal candidate will have expertise in coronary intervention, with comfort in covering responsibilities for general cardiology
