We offer a brand-new state-of-the-art Cath-lab and Interventional Cardiology program, with opportunities to grow interventional services and provide high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.

Adventist Health Sonora is seeking a General Cardiologist to join our cardiology team in building a program in a community with a great need. Adventist Health Sonora serves over 100,000 residents in Calaveras and Tuolumne counties with emergency and acute care services, as well as advanced cancer care, cardiac care, rural health, primary and specialty offices, surgical services, and diagnostic imaging. Sonora is an idyllic town on the western slope of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. Fondly known as "gold country", Sonora is located within a few hours to Sacramento and San Francisco, and is close to Yosemite National Park

Requirements

• Experience preferred, but not required
• Fellowship trained and BC/ BE in Cardiology;
• Candidate must be BC/BE, be California licensed or eligible and meet the hospital’s medical staff credentialing standards.

Wage Scale: $500,000 - $550,000

*Total compensation may vary based on additional services, including call coverage, administrative services, performance bonus, etc. Compensation may also vary based on productivity after initial guarantee period.
