Job summary

University of Missouri School of Medicine in Jefferson City, MO is recruiting a general cardiologist for a busy community-based practice. You will join a team of five interventional cardiologists, one EP, and general cardiologists in a two-hospital, STEMI-capable system.

The role offers a guaranteed base salary with incentives, a strong benefits package, and a balanced lifestyle in a vibrant mid-Missouri community. Monday–Friday schedule with call 1:8.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree and Missouri Medical License or ability to apply
• Board eligibility/certification in Cardiology (BE/BC) preferred
• Join a collegial, team-based cardiology group with interventional and electrophysiology colleagues

Responsibilities

• Provide general cardiology care in a busy community-based health system
• Collaborate with interventional, electrophysiology, and imaging teams
• Participate in on-call coverage with 1:8 general cardiology call
