Seeking a BC/BE General Surgeon with an interest in Breast Surgery to join a growing surgical team in Southern Maine, providing full-spectrum surgical care with a focus on breast disease within a multidisciplinary cancer program.

Position Highlights/Responsibilities:

• Provide full-spectrum general surgery including elective and urgent procedures
• Perform breast surgery procedures including lumpectomy, mastectomy, and sentinel lymph node biopsy
• Evaluate and manage patients with benign and malignant breast disease
• Participate in a multidisciplinary cancer care team including oncology, radiology, pathology, and women’s health
• Active involvement in tumor boards and cancer program development initiatives
• Opportunity to support expansion of breast health and breast cancer surgical services
• Inpatient and outpatient surgical practice
• Teaching and mentoring opportunities with residents and medical students (as applicable)
