Job summary

SkyWest Airlines is seeking skilled A&P/avionics professionals for our California operations. The role involves avionics checks, troubleshooting aircraft systems, and precise documentation to ensure safe, on-time performance.

A strong emphasis on compliance, safety, and teamwork is required to maintain our high maintenance standards. Candidates should hold an FCC GROL license (or obtain within six months) and possess experience or education in avionics or electronics.

Qualifications

• Valid, unrestricted driver's license required.
• Ability to read wiring manuals and schematics.
• Use of component maintenance manuals for troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot and repair avionics and electrical systems with aircraft manuals.
• FCC GROL license must be held or obtained within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform avionics checks and troubleshoot aircraft systems.
• Maintain proficiency with required documentation and paperwork.
• Repair avionics and electronic components in an avionics shop environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
