Job summary

Auto Systems Centers, now part of the Mavis Tire family in Powell, OH, is hiring General Service Technicians. No experience is required; paid training will teach you tire services, rotations, balancing, and wheel work.

You’ll earn guaranteed base pay plus significant weekly bonuses in a 5‑day schedule with Sundays off. We offer comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• Automotive experience is a plus, but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift over 50 pounds.
• Value dependability, teamwork and delivering quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services (rotations, balancing, repairs) to keep vehicles safe.
• Earn additional weekly bonus payments on top of guaranteed hourly rate.
