Job summary

Fausak Tires & Service in Saraland, AL is looking for a General Service Technician to perform non-technical repairs like oil changes and tire services under ASE Certified Technicians. You will train toward the next level in your automotive career and grow with the team.

Compensation ranges from $15 to $18 per hour depending on experience, with benefits including paid time off, insurance options, a 401(k) plan, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive experience preferred.
• Ability to work Monday - Saturday.
• Must posses a valid driver's license.
• MVR screening required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports customers to and from their residence or business using the company vehicle.
• Picks up parts, tires, and supplies from vendors and/or the office using the company vehicle.
• Operates the company vehicle safely and obeys all traffic laws.
• Conducts State Safety and Emission Inspections per guidelines.
• Performs tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balance and rotation.
• Performs oil changes and basic services as directed by supervisor.
• Documents vehicle condition using Multi-point Inspection and Repair Order.
• Maintains shop cleanliness and safety procedures.
