APX is seeking an assembler to join our metal manufacturing team. You will perform intuitive and design-based assembly of custom industrial equipment, using a range of hand and power tools. A forklift may be required, with training provided, and you will support related duties as directed by supervision.
No specific degree is required, though technical education is valued. The role is full-time, with standard weekday hours and a focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The Assembler performs intuitive and design-based assembly of custom designed industrial equipment. Multi-skill flexibility is a requirement to effectively respond to situations as they develop.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee is frequently required to use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls and to climb or balance. The ability to Multi-Task is essential. The employee must regularly lift and move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 40 pounds.
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
No specific requirement for a diploma or degree from technical institution or equivalent experience, but they are desired and considered.
