Job summary

Seagrave Fire Apparatus in Clintonville, WI is seeking General Assemblers to join our production team. You will assemble and repair mechanical, trim, and finishing parts using hand and power tools, and read blueprints to prepare materials for assembly.

Responsibilities

General Assemblers are responsible for assembling various parts and components using hand and power tools. General Assemblers should be able to read blueprints and obtain the necessary materials for the assembly processes.

• Assemble and repair mechanical, trim, and finishing parts/components
• Finish surfaces and components (including sanding, deburring, DA, and grinding)
• Assemble, test, and repair major vehicle parts/components of cabins, bodies, chassis, and aerial
• Assemble and connect simple electrical components or plumbing as instructed
