Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc is seeking an entry level General Assembler in Zelienople, PA to support a medical devices client. This four-month contract role is on first shift, 7:00am to 3:30pm, 40 hours per week, paying $16-$20 per hour.

The position requires following SOPs and assembling electronics with basic hand tools. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 0–1 year of manufacturing assembly experience, good English reading/writing, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Job Description

• Entry level assembly position. Must be able to follow procedures to assemble electronics.
• Previous experience in assembly is helpful. Use of hand tools (screwdriver).
• Follow written directions.
• Will be responsible to work in a team atmosphere on production of medical equipment, spare parts and accessories in accordance with quality specifications.
• Works within clearly defined SOPs and adheres to quality guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Zero (0) to one (1) year of manufacturing assembly experience.
• Effective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand.
• Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend specifications written in English and perform basic math calculations.

• Has good attention to detail.
• Ability to get along with people and be able to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.
