RWS is seeking General AI Data Annotators fluent in Italian and English for a remote, part-time role based in the United States. Work from home with a 20-hour schedule and 9–5 onboarding window. Compensation is $21.50/hour with W-2 employment and flexible daily hours.

Start date is as soon as possible. You will review AI-generated marketing content, refine business language, and provide structured feedback to improve AI systems. A VPN and reliable computer are required.

Qualifications

• Must be located in the United States.
• Exceptional written communication skills in both Italian and English.
• 4 hours per day, 20 hours per week (Monday–Friday) with flexible daily hours.
• Strong critical thinking, reading comprehension, and the ability to evaluate written content objectively while following detailed instructions.
• Proactive problem-solver comfortable working independently, using VPNs, navigating web platforms, and troubleshooting basic tech issues.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

• Job Type: Part-time employee (W2)
• Location: Remote from one of the following states: CA (except SF Bay Area), CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MN, NH, NJ, NC, NY (except NYC area), OK, OR, PA, TN, TX, WA, WI.
• Schedule: 20 hours/week (4 hours per day, Monday–Friday)
• Compensation: $21.50/hour

What You'll Do

• 4 hours per day, 20 hours per week (Monday–Friday) with flexible daily hours. Exception: During the first 10 business days, you must be reachable online between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM for onboarding.
• Strong critical thinking, reading comprehension, and the ability to evaluate written content objectively while following detailed instructions.
• Proactive problem-solver comfortable working independently, using VPNs, navigating web platforms, and troubleshooting basic tech issues.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Requires a reliable computer (Windows 10+ or macOS Catalina+) and high-speed internet.
