Job summary

Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America seeks an accounting professional to review transactions, prepare month-end closes, and support policy development. The role requires strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge and excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or on track for CPA is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting requirements.
• Conduct analysis and documentation of new processes and ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex financial matters to non-finance professionals.
• Experience with SAP systems is a plus.
• Highly detail oriented and business process improvement skills.
• Systems and software, including ERP systems, treasury management systems, and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
