Freddie Mac is seeking a Strategic Transformation Senior Business Lead to standardize and optimize the operating model for the Generative AI program. This role blends strategic program management and product leadership to ensure governance, prioritization, and measurable business value across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program or project management, preferably in technology or financial services.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional programs in a matrixed environment.
• Familiarity with GenAI program leadership and change adoption.

Responsibilities

• Design governance frameworks and standardized processes to manage AI initiatives from ideation through optimization.
• Own roadmaps for Generative AI capabilities with business, technology, data, and control partners.
• Establish intake and prioritization processes for AI use cases, balancing value, feasibility, risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Define business problems, requirements, use cases, and success metrics.
• Create dashboards and KPI frameworks to monitor status, adoption, and business value realization.
• Coordinate across governance, legal, compliance, data, model governance, and IT teams.
• Develop change management and enablement strategies for successful rollout.
• Ensure governance and control alignment in a regulated financial services environment.
