You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.

Using your extensive technical and leadership expertise, you manage projects of various size and scope, identifying future opportunities, improving processes and driving the technical directions of your programs.

As a Strategic Planning Manager within GenAI Strategy and Operations, your mission is to make building AGI fun and frictionless. Leading our transition into the "Agentic Era," you will shift us from manual operations to autonomous, AI-driven workflows.

You will redefine how we manage human capital and OpEx by designing and deploying AI agents that automate core processes and accelerate research. Partnering with leadership and Finance, you will build production‑ready agentic tools that provide concierge‑level support, empowering DeepMind researchers to focus exclusively on advancing AI.
