● As an AI Solutions Architect (SA) for international business, support the AI MaaS (Model-as-a-Service) sales team in expanding large AI model engagements with global customers, driving increased token consumption of Alibaba’s large models in overseas markets.
● Engage with global clients on both business and technical architecture discussions to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and guide AI MaaS deals toward successful closure.
● Leverage Alibaba Cloud’s Bailian platform and its suite of large models—including Qwen, Wan, and related cloud services such as GPU instances, PAI, ECS, databases—to provide solution of the feasible AI and cloud solutions to customer requirements.
● Based on the client’s industry and specific use cases (e.g., social platforms, model marketplaces, video platforms, AI data services, enterprise AI productivity enhancement, etc.), provide solution consultant covering model selection, architecture design, prompt engineering, RAG implementation, agent development, and more—ensuring smooth execution of client initiatives.
● Develop and deliver tailored demos aligned with client scenarios using techniques such as prompt engineering and workflow orchestration to demonstrate product capabilities, facilitate technical discussions, and accelerate project adoption.
● Collaborate closely with internal AI product teams to translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements, drive improvements to AI model , and provide support for resolving critical AI product and operational issues for key accounts.
The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $132,000/year and $216,000/year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
If hired, employee will be in an “at‑will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
