Job summary

AllianceIT Inc. is seeking an experienced GenAI Architect to design and deliver production-grade AI solutions for enterprise customers. You will lead multi-agent system design using LangGraph, CrewAI, and ADK, and ensure seamless integration with APIs and data platforms.

The role requires mentoring teams, establishing AI governance, and advancing best practices for AI adoption across engagements. A senior leadership presence is expected to guide customers through AI transformation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years in Software Engineering/Architecture.
• Proven expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• Strong Python programming background.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver production-grade GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Design multi-agent systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, ADK, and RAG architectures.
• Integrate AI with enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and advise customers on AI transformation.
• Define AI observability, governance, performance, and security standards.
• Mentor engineering teams and drive best practices for AI adoption.
