Job summary

FI Consulting is seeking a highly motivated Consultant combining software engineering, data analytics, cloud technologies, and AI-enabled problem solving to build impactful solutions for client challenges. You will design, develop, and deploy modern applications, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions across industries.

The role involves collaborating with clients and stakeholders, translating problems into technical designs, and delivering end-to-end solutions using AWS and modern AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field.
• 2–5 years of experience in software development, data engineering, quantitative development, AI/ML development, or technical consulting.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, R, or similar, with proficiency in SQL and databases.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software applications, analytical tools, APIs, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Translate complex business problems into structured technical solutions, workflows, and system designs.
• Develop GenAI and agentic AI capabilities, including AI-assisted workflows, document understanding, information extraction, recommendation and decision-support capabilities.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, APIs, backend services, and cloud-based systems using AWS or similar platforms.
• Build software and scripts to automate manual or complex business processes.
• Work with structured and unstructured data to support analytics, application functionality, and AI use cases.
• Apply AI-assisted development tools to improve speed, quality, and efficiency of software development and project delivery.
• Participate in the Agile software development lifecycle from requirements to production support.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, data teams, business analysts, and client stakeholders to deliver project solutions.
• Communicate technical approaches, recommendations, risks, and findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
