Job summary

Galent in Charlotte, NC is hiring engineers to build a greenfield, Gen AI-enabled rule engine platform. You will design and implement from scratch, leveraging graph data and data science models to detect patterns and generate intelligent rules.

You will integrate Gen AI/LLMs, develop rule evaluation, orchestration, and APIs for enterprise integration, ensuring scalability and explainability of AI-driven decisions. Onsite from Day One in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing rule engines or decisioning systems.
• Hands-on work with Gen AI / LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, etc.).
• Proficient in Python and/or Java with microservices experience.
• Understanding of data science concepts and model integration.
• Familiarity with graph databases such as Neo4j or TigerGraph.
