Goliath Partners and a fast-growing frontier GenAI Research Lab are seeking a Research Engineer to build the data behind next-generation world models. You will own multimodal datasets, synthetic data generation, and run large-scale experiments that shape model capabilities.

As a Member of Technical Staff, design datasets, run controlled training experiments, and build pipelines for data generation, filtering, and quality control.

• Design multimodal datasets that directly shape what frontier world models learn
• Run controlled training experiments to understand how data impacts model capabilities
• Build large-scale pipelines for synthetic data generation, filtering, and quality control
• Develop evaluations and benchmarks that measure meaningful model improvements
• Work at the frontier of multimodal foundation models and world models
• High ownership within a small, elite team operating with an exceptionally fast iteration loop
• Directly shape the capabilities of next-generation AI systems from the data up
