Job summary

You will lead AI-driven test design, manage risk, define measurable QE outcomes, and collaborate with engineering, DevOps, security, and leadership to deliver trusted AI quality for client projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in quality engineering required.
• Experience in QE strategy and test automation.
• Experience with GenAI, LLM, RAG and AI-enabled test automation.
• Experience with agile delivery and enterprise SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-assisted requirement analysis and test design.
• Create AI-driven test scenarios aligned to requirements.
• Govern LLM, RAG, and agentic AI validation.
• Define automation-ready assets and CI/CD governance.
• Define QE outcomes: coverage, leakage, ROI, delivery efficiency.
• Engage stakeholders to deliver QE outcomes.
