Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development in one or more languages.

• Practical experience with Large Language Models.
• Solid grasp of applied statistics and core ML concepts.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic AI systems.
• Build evaluation framework for LLMs.
• Connect AI agents to observability and incident management systems.
• Work directly with users to define AI roadmaps.
• Optimize AI systems for performance and cost.
