Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field required.
Four years of experience in Associate/Analyst/AI roles or similar.
Experience with Agile/JIRA, Kore.ai, SQL, API integration, cross-functional PM, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Three years with OpenAI Enterprise, Microsoft 365 GenAI, Agentic AI Orchestration, RAG, prompts, and data governance.

Responsibilities

Lead GenAI governance and control measures for ethical use.
Collaborate with BU Risk, Legal, Compliance, Audit on GenAI deployments.
Monitor risks and dependencies; drive end-to-end deployment lifecycle.
Communicate with stakeholders and support GenAI initiatives.
