Job summary

Accenture is seeking a GenAI Presales Solution Architect Associate Director in Austin to lead end-to-end solution blueprints. You will bridge client vision and technology, translating business needs into AI-enabled architectures across delivery teams.

You will work across geographies, shape engagement strategies, and develop staffing plans for onshore/offshore delivery while contributing to client proposals and contracting documents.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT with AI & Data delivery or presales.
• 3+ years GenAI & Agentic AI projects delivery or presales.
• 8+ years cloud ecosystems experience (Azure/AWS/Google).
• 2+ years cross-functional/global delivery with multiple stakeholders.

You Are

As a GenAI Presales Solution Architect Associate Director, you will lead the end-to-end solution blueprint and roadmap, acting as the bridge between client vision and technology execution. You will be instrumental in translating business problems into technology solutions and having stakeholder alignment throughout the deal lifecycle. In this role, you’ll gain experience in designing AI & Gen AI solutions, working across global delivery and sales teams. You will work cross clouds, cross industry cross geography giving depth and breadth of exposure. You’ll also deepen your expertise in in emerging technologies like LLMs, AI/ML, Agents -preparing you for the future.

The Work

• Understand RFP/RFIs and translate the business needs into technical architecture (data engineering, data visualization, AI, Gen AI, Agents).
• Define end-to-end application architectures diagrams (data ingestion to data consumption to AI/Agents).
• Align technology components (e.g. LLM models, Vector DB, Graph DB, Agents, APIs, etc.) with business use cases.
• Prepare detailed ADM effort estimates and get them validated with AI & Data capability SMEs.
• Design optimal staffing models based on onshore/offshore/nearshore mix and pyramid structure.
• Build solution plan power point decks for use in sales and delivery alignment.
• Engage in solution and delivery reviews with leadership across geographies.
• Act as the strategic link between sales and delivery teams.
• Contribute to client-facing proposals, SOWs, and contracting documents.
• Present and defend your solution in internal and external forums.
• Seamlessly transition the solution to the delivery team post-deal closure.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 10% to 25% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s what you need

• Minimum 15 years of relevant IT industry experience in AI & Data delivery or Presales across Financial Services - Retail, Life Science, Telecom, Energy industries
• Minimum 3 years of experience with GenAI & Agentic AI projects delivery or presales
• Minimum 8 years of experience with cloud eco-systems - Azure/AWS/Google experience in delivery or presales
• Minimum 2 years of experience in AI-Led delivery, working in a cross-functional and global environments, and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Bonus points if you have

• Good PowerPoint skills for leadership and client storytelling.
• External client-facing consulting experience
