Job summary

NorthPoint Search Group is seeking a hands-on Lead AI/ML Platform Engineer to design and execute an enterprise GenAI platform. You will own the strategy and implementation of core AI infrastructure, including prompt workflows, agent context and memory, scalable microservices, and MLOps frameworks, supporting decentralized teams in delivering business value through AI.

Qualifications

• Graduation in CS or Engineering with strong academic record.
• 8+ years building ML/AI platforms and 3+ years in technical leadership.
• Hands-on with cloud and MLOps tooling; strong communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead GenAI platform development (Dataiku, AWS, OpenAI, Pinecone).
• Build and manage AI/ML infrastructure focusing on scalability, security, and cloud-native deployment.
• Develop the MCP server and scalable EKS-based backends.
• Implement CI/CD, MLOps, and IaC standards.
• Establish agent lifecycle governance, evaluation tooling, and feedback loops.
• Enable internal teams with self-service AI tools and provide mentorship.
• Collaborate with offshore developers and translate solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
