Job summary

The role requires 3+ years in industry, graduate-level CS education, and mastery of Python, cloud orchestration, and distributed systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or relevant field
• Three+ years of industrial experience
• Deploy production-ready software that handles large data at scale
• Design, develop and maintain Python-based services following best practices
• Understand Python internals, performance tuning and advanced features
• Write clean, well-documented Python code following PEP8 and standards
• Optimize Python apps for performance, memory and concurrency
• Orchestrate solutions in cloud environments
• Know SOA, microservices, distributed compute, containers and cloud usage
• Deliver GenAI applications capable of processing open-ended data with reliability
• Attention to detail with validation and verification of components
• Strong communication and distributed collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver software solutions which unlock the capabilities of Generative AI in the context of a professional domain such as finance
• Help drive and deliver first‑of‑a‑kind knowledge‑based applications for investment professionals
• Work in a fast‑paced environment where the lag between conceptualization, research, development, and productionization is constantly shortening
• Collaborate as part of a team to deliver the most amount of value in the least amount of time
