Qualifications

• 5+ years engineering AI/ML platforms and workflows.
• Python or Java with frontend Angular or React experience.
• 2+ years GenAI solutions in an enterprise setting.
• Strong LLMOps, evaluation harnesses, prompts and observability.
• GenAI orchestration frameworks in production beyond vendor examples.
• Production-grade GenAI/LLM platforms with RAG and tool calls.
• Fixed Income or Institutional Lending domain experience.
• Excellent communication and LinkedIn presence.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate end-to-end AI/ML platforms and GenAI workflows.
• Design GenAI orchestration frameworks in production.
• Apply patterns like RAG, tool/function calling, agentic workflows.
• Ensure observability, reliability and production readiness.
