Job summary

PY DATA, INC. in Chicago, IL is seeking a GenAI / NLP Engineer to help build a scalable, cloud-based multi-agent platform for Network Planning.

The role is hybrid, onsite 2–3 days per week with a 15-month contracting term, and involves delivering AI-powered insights, diagnostics, and automated reporting. You will design the supervisory chatbot, modular AI agents, and ensure governance, security, and traceability across the GenAI stack while collaborating with the MARS platform, Cloud

Qualifications

Experience architecting GenAI and NLP applications, using multi-agent patterns.
Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into production enterprise environments.
Proficiency in Python; Julia experience preferred.
Experience with enterprise AI/ML platforms (non-greenfield builds).
Strong problem-solving and ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

Design and build end-to-end multi-agent GenAI architecture integrated with enterprise AI tooling.
Develop a supervisory/orchestrator chatbot routing requests to specialized agents.
Design modular AI agents to support evolving business use cases.
Ensure traceability, accuracy, and governance aligned with Responsible AI standards.
Collaborate with Network Planning, Cloud Engineering, and Security teams.
