Scale AI, Inc. is seeking a passionate ML researcher for the Enterprise ML Research Lab on the Data Foundation team. You will help define data flywheels that enable state-of-the-art post-training and agent-building capabilities for our enterprise clients.

In this role, you will build synthetic data pipelines, develop agents from production traces, and collaborate on an agent-building product while training leading-models for customer deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of building with LLMs in a production environment.
• Publications in top conferences such as NEURIPS, ICLR, or ICML within the last two years.
• PhD or Masters in Computer Science or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Build synthetic data pipelines to generate enterprise environments for RL post-training.
• Create agents to convert traces from production into actionable insights to improve agents.
• Contribute to agent-building products using coding agents and proprietary algorithms.
• Train state-of-the-art models, developed internally and from the community, for deployment to enterprise customers.
