Job Description

1. Define and own the GENAI solution architecture, including model selection, fine-tuning strategies, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector stores, and prompt engineering pipelines.
2. Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software applications supporting Generative AI initiatives.
3. Collaborate with Data Scientists, MLOps, Cloud Architects, Product Managers, and Legal teams to ensure AI solutions are safe, ethical, and compliant.
4. Hands-on experience in ML engineering, including deploying models from development to production and troubleshooting issues.
5. Develop MVPs based on defined and evolving requirements, iterating rapidly to adapt to changing needs.
6. Mentor and guide engineers at all levels, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
7. Communicate technical concepts and project updates effectively to engineers, leaders, and executives.
8. Lead small engineering teams, providing technical guidance and oversight.
9. Proactively identify and resolve complex technical challenges within the environment.
