Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an AI Software Engineer / Applied AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise GenAI solutions. You will build LLM-powered apps, create scalable RAG architectures, and integrate AI capabilities into Azure-based cloud-native systems.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to transform ideas into secure, scalable production-grade AI solutions, staying ahead of GenAI tooling and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong Python development skills and strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience designing GenAI and LLM-based applications.
• Experience building RAG solutions using embeddings and vector search.
• Hands-on with agentic AI, tool calling, and workflow orchestration.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search or equivalent.
• Experience integrating REST APIs with enterprise systems.
• Developing cloud-native applications on Azure and related services.
• Strong analytical, debugging and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy GenAI and LLM-powered applications for enterprise use cases.
• Build, optimize, and maintain RAG-based solutions with embeddings and vector search.
• Develop agentic AI capabilities using tool calling and orchestration patterns.
• Integrate AI services with enterprise systems through REST APIs and cloud services.
• Create cloud-native apps on Azure, including Function Apps and API Management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve system performance with strong analytical thinking.
• Stay current with GenAI tools and engineering best practices.
