Job summary

Consultbae is hiring Generative AI (GenAI) Instructors on a contractual basis for a leading EdTech client. You will deliver live online GenAI training sessions to experienced professionals, focusing on practical GenAI concepts and LLMs.

Requirements include 4+ years in AI/ML, strong GenAI/LLM knowledge, and hands-on skills in Prompt Engineering, RAG, and LangChain. Classes run 3 hours with up to 100 learners, around 12–36 sessions monthly, in a fixed schedule for 6–12 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in AI, ML, Data Science, Generative AI, or related technology domains.
• Strong practical knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands-on understanding of Prompt Engineering, RAG, LangChain, and LLM-based applications.
• Ability to explain advanced technical concepts clearly to experienced professionals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and online facilitation skills.
• Prior experience in technical training, corporate training, online teaching, or EdTech is preferred.
• Comfortable handling live online batches of up to 100 learners.
• Ability to commit to an agreed fixed teaching schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live online training sessions on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Train experienced professionals on practical and industry-relevant GenAI concepts.
• Explain concepts such as Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), LangChain, LLM applications, and GenAI workflows.
• Conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on exercises to help learners apply GenAI concepts.
• Guide learners in understanding real-world use cases and implementation approaches.
• Address learner queries and provide conceptual and technical clarification during sessions.
• Follow the assigned curriculum and session plan.
• Effectively manage and engage online batches of up to 100 learners.
