Marlabs Inc. is seeking a GenAI Fullstack Engineer to design and build scalable enterprise applications that blend robust Java-based backends with modern Generative AI capabilities.

The role covers RAG pipelines, LLM orchestration, vector databases, and seamless integration with existing enterprise systems. Onsite work is required, with a focus on secure, observable services and production-grade engineering.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on GenAI/LLM development including integration and enterprise AI use cases.
• Experience with RAG architectures, embeddings, and semantic retrieval.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and REST APIs using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Spring Data/JPA.
• Build and integrate production-grade GenAI/LLM applications connecting AI services with enterprise systems.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including ingestion, embeddings, indexing, and semantic search.
• Develop AI services and orchestration with Python and FastAPI using LangChain/LlamaIndex to support enterprise AI.
• Implement and optimize Vector Databases for enterprise knowledge retrieval and search.
